Pastor Jerome Baker has served in youth and young adult ministry faithfully under his distinguished pastor, Bishop Barry Walker of A Place of Refuge Church in Carrollton, GA since 1996.

Pastor Baker shepherds a congregation of young people weekly.  He has also mentored, counseled, and hosted several annual conferences to help young people and families to be productive according to God’s Word.  Though he specializes in youth and young adult ministry, the Lord has used Pastor Baker to equip ministers, leaders, elders, singles, and parents throughout the Body of Christ.  

Pastor Baker has authored three books, fathered two sons, and has been happily married for over 27 years.
