Pastor Jerome Baker has served in youth and young adult ministry faithfully under his distinguished pastor, Bishop Barry Walker of A Place of Refuge Church in Carrollton, GA since 1996.

Pastor Baker diligently shepherds a congregation of young people.  He has also mentors, counsels, and hosts several annual conferences to help young people and families to be productive according to God’s Word.  Though he specializes in youth and young adult ministry, the Lord also uses Pastor Baker to equip ministers, leaders, elders, singles, and parents throughout the Body of Christ.  

Pastor Baker is an author (3 books), songwriter (22 songs), content creator, father of two sons, and has been happily married for 29 years.
